Natalie has provided an excellent range of support for both the business and individual colleagues over the last year. In particular her "Forward Focus" product, consisting of a series of intensive one to one sessions which are tailored to the needs of each individual in order to offer bespoke support, have been extremely useful. These were offered to all colleagues who were going to be affected in some way by proposed changes in our structure across a wide range of our senior teams. The take up was high with the result that many who sought Natalie's support did not, in the end, leave the business. This had two outcomes, one we expected, the other we did not.
